Supreme dining at Shun Feng

Opened just last summer, Shun Feng has quickly conquered the palates of many local folks and visitors from nearby and afar.
The contemporary and elegant dining room with bright, warm décor gives Shun Feng a west coat ambiance.  Being in a popular Asian mall, the restaurant is packed with shoppers and families during dimsum hours everyday. 
Dinner at Shun Feng is a different story.  While some of the dishes may also be offered at other seafood restaurants, it is the presentation and the service that awe the diners.
Dimsum
The art of Dimsum lies not just within the hand-crafted beauty of forms and shapes; but also lies within the preparation and matching of ingredients.  Shun Feng’s dimsum Chef Fei Gor adds in yet another component – his very own dimsum creations.
Shark’s fin dumpling soup: Please be patient!  This fully loaded soup is cooked and served in an individual covered bowl.
Vegetable Jade dumpling: Green and shiny like a piece of jade, this spinach dumpling is simply delightful.
Carrot dumplings: Look at these mini carrots stuffed with pork, mushroom, bamboo shoots and of course, carrots!
Wokking with BC Produce Dinner
June is BC Spot Prawn season, and that is just one of the local produce included in the
Chef’s special dinners, taking place this June.
Drunkard BC prawns: The prawns get drunk and then flambé right at table side.
Hot & sour tomato soup: Fresh BC tomatoes just add wonder to the soup.
Pork Rib braised with BC Red wine & Espresso: Fusion cuisine at its best.
